Case Study: Douglas Park Industrial Center

Douglas Park was the redevelopment of land formerly used by Boeing Aerospace. The project was a multi-phased development which includes office space and an industrial park. Phase I was completed in 2009 and consisted of 9 office buildings totaling 415,000 sqft. Project cost was over $85million.
