Hector Flores

Hector Flores is a Deputy Methane Barrier Inspector (DMBI) certified by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. Hector is also a Waterproofing inspector certified by numerous Manufacturers. Mr. Flores has been performing quality assurance inspection work with Terra-Petra for more than 3 years. In this role, Hector observes, conducts tests and verifies that all components of the methane barrier or waterproofing system get installed per approved plans and manufacture specifications.

Regardless of the size of the project and site conditions, Hector believes that every project is of the same importance because they all share same goal of keeping the building free from methane or water intrusion.

Hector is a Rio Hondo College Graduate and holds an Associate’s Degree in Drafting and Design.
