The new Cerritos Avenue Business Park project for Western Realco is a concrete tilt-up cross dock/corporate headquarters/industrial distribution and warehouse facility. The building includes a 6,075 s.f., 2-story office area (2,860 s.f. finished mezzanine/office area expandable) with 2.5% skylights, a 197,540 s.f. warehouse with a 42 – dock, high loading doors, 4 – ground level loading doors. There is also 32’ minimum clear height as well as a ESFR sprinkler system, 138’ deep concrete truck court, 331 parking stalls, a fenced and secured truck yard. The project sits on a 10.46-acre site offering omplete site work – landscaping, sidewalks, fencing, etc.
