Terra-Petra recently completed a successful design and installation of a SVE (Soil Vapor Extraction) system in Carson, California for Prologis, a leading developers of industrial real estate worldwide. Terra-Petra's construction team worked with the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) in order to pull all necessary building permits.

Raul Ramierz joins Terra-Petra’s Deputy Methane Barrier Inspection (DMBI) Team

Terra-Petra congratulates Raul Ramirez who is now officially certified by the City of Los Angeles as a Deputy Methane Barrier Inspector (DMBI). 

Raul successfully passed both the written and oral examinations carried out by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety Materials Control Section this past Monday August 5, 2013.

Terra-Petra maintains the largest staff of Deputy Methane Barrier Inspectors in the industry. The addition of Mr. Ramirez to the Terra-Petra team will provide additional flexibility to respond to inspection demands without delaying the construction progress.
