Raul Ramirez is a Project Designer and Deputy Methane Barrier Inspector (DMBI) with Terra-Petra. In this role, Raul uses CAD system to create designs for varies environmental projects and develops and implements design standards. As registered Deputy Methane Barrier Inspector (DMBI) in the City of Los Angeles, he is certified for the inspection of methane and waterproofing products.

Raul joined the Terra-Petra team in February of 2013 and brought along his knowledge of GCCS (Gas Collection Control System) layouts and operations. His scope of work also includes computer 3-D modeling and advanced engineering graphics with programs such as Civil 3-D to create customized drawings for clients. In addition to contributing to innovative designs, Raul is a registered Deputy Methane Barrier Inspector (DMBI) in the City of Los Angeles and certified for the inspection of methane and waterproofing products including Cetco Liquid Boot and Coreflex, Tremco Paraseal GM/LG, Epro Ecoline-S, Tremco Barrier Solutions VaporLock-M, along with others approved by an LADBS research report.

The first 8 years of his career he worked as a drafter for SCS Engineers while the past 4 years have been with Terra Petra. Raul knows that simple, precise, and accurate plans will give the company its unique signature that clients can distinguish us from the rest.

Raul has over 12 years of experience as a CAD drafter. He received his Associate of Science (A.S.) Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design in 2005 from ITT-Technical Institute (West Covina, California).
