Andre joined Terra-Petra’s Waterproofing Division with critical experience in construction. With his background in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Building Science Andre brings solid skills in process management. Andre has been involved with the construction and installation side of building enclosure systems since 2019. He has served as the Division 07 Project Engineer for a national general contractor overseeing and managing the installation of building enclosure systems for numerous building types including hospitals, office buildings and educational facilities.
Andre has his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Building Science from USC.

Writing and submitting RFIs & Submittals, contractually documenting solutions solved in the field
Intimate knowledge of Rain Screens and Building Enclosure Systems
On‐site problem‐solving and coordination with vendors for engineering and installation
Forensic Building Investigations – Structural failures, water intrusion, defect analysis
