David Lucero

Registered Environmental Assessor, David Lucero has over 36 years of experience in the environmental engineering industry. Throughout the course of his career, he has taken on projects all over the country, with hundreds of projects under his belt in the Southern California area alone.

David is well known for his expertise in the Phase I’s, Phase II’s, reporting, and the documenting process for site closures. As President and Senior Project Scientist of DL Science, Inc., David looks after, coordinates, manages and leads his team to providing environmental consulting, all aspects of investigations, assessments and clean-ups for air, soil, and groundwater.  He holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo (1980).
